Please exercise great care using the area provided, we have 
an agreement with the industrial estate owner regarding parking. 
This is that nursery customers can use the rear of the 
building to safely drop off or pick up their child/ren, however 
they must only use the designated parking area to drop off 
and pick up. 
There is a waiting area which can be used during busy periods, 
but this must not be used to park in. Please see the image to see 
the designated area.
People using the parking area do so entirely at their own risk
